Our many years of experience allow us to rebuild the machine from the ground up and to be able to identify and replace hundreds of parts that don't meet our demanding performance requirements. In keeping the quality and superior performance you expect from Tyco Electronics, we evaluate all mechanical and electrical components for wear from previous use. We then install all the required parts, including consumable parts, (blades, anvils, crimpers, belts, etc...). If excessive wear is evident, we will then review and replace with new OEM parts. In addition all machines will have minor cosmetic damage but will not affect the function of the equipment. Each machine will be completely re-calibrated, cycled and tested by an authorized Tyco Electronics technician to the original Quality Inspection Plan. The same plan that must be met for a new piece of equipment. Each machine will meet all current safety regulations and will include all pertinent documentation, i.e. customer manuals, and assembly drawings. Then each piece of equipment is delivered with a standard 90-day warranty. Optional extended warranties are also available. Installation and training can be provided for an additional fee.
