The keys to good statistical measurement are detailed, repeatable
measurement and effective standardization. The CQM makes force and position measurements at up to 3,000 data points during a crimp cycle, at a 5 kHz sampling rate. Implementation of both force and position sensors allows for analysis methods beyond what is possible with force-only monitors.
